Trading-Related Data

  • Exchange account ID and open positions – provided voluntarily by you so our AI can analyse your portfolio, identify risks, and suggest possible improvements.
  • We never collect or store API keys, private keys, passwords, or exchange credentials. All trading actions remain entirely under your control and are executed only by you on your own device.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

  • Operate and improve the App’s AI analytics features.
  • Communicate with users (e.g. account updates, alerts, or research newsletters).
  • Provide personalised portfolio analysis and risk warnings.

We do not sell or rent your data. All processing is limited to the purposes listed above.

3. Data Sharing

We currently do not share any personal data with third parties. If we later engage service providers (e.g. for analytics or cloud hosting), they will operate strictly under data-processing agreements and never for advertising purposes.

4. Storage and Retention

  • Email and account data are stored in our secure database for as long as your account remains active.

  • Technical logs are kept only as long as necessary for debugging and performance monitoring.
